Alan Rickman on playing Snape

An early (and very interesting) interview in which Alan Rickman talks about playing Severus Snape in "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone". He discusses the character of Snape and mentions that he expected to learn more about his character as the books progressed (he got that right!). He also talks about Jo Rowling and how the films brought her wonderful imagination to life.
