Alan Rickman and Sigourney Weaver on NBC's Today Show
In this interview Alan Rickman and Sigourney Weaver talk about their latest movie Snow Cake - a drama about an adult autistic woman who loses her daughter in a car crash.
In the further course of the interview the anchorman also briefly mentions Alan's role as Professor Snape. Alan however refuses to go into detail, stating that it'd be important to hang on to the mystery of his character.

I own Snowcake on DVD; it is one of the best films Rickman has done where he is not a villain. Very sweet, poignant, and well worth the watch. If you have a DVD player that can handle the different regions codings - go to Amazon UK and order the DVD. It is well worth the cost.
Alan Rickman is legend. And Sigourney Weaver is nice too!
I agree, he is superb in Robin Hood!
