A Katie Couric Special: Harry Potter Behind the Magic. Part 1
In this first part of the 2001 TV special we see lots of behind-the-scenes shots from the set of "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone". Katie Couric interviews Rupert Grint who shows her some props (including Bertie Botts Beans), introduces her to "Moshpit" the rat (aka Scabbers) and explains how he won the role of Ron. Katie also interviews Chris Columbus about using only a British cast. We also hear what Emma Watson used to think of the character of Hermione and of how she was told she had won the part.

its funny to see this because i remember at the time everyone was going crazy wanting to see Dan. not that they aren't now but they wanted to first glimps its good to have this stuff when the end of the series is so close.
