She says "And the very last thing I would like to say is I would like to say to Alan Bennett: you think you've got it bad. This is a great opportunity to say, I know owls don't bloody well eat bacon. Thank you." It's a joke about how much fan mail she gets, referring to Mr Bennett once talking about how much fan mail he gets.
She's responding to someone else's comment, I'm assuming. She's referring to the fact that Hedwig delivers mail to the Great Hall and Harry gives her pieces of bacon, or she gulps some orange juice before leaving, and obviously that's not what real owls do.
I don't undertand what she says at the end!
