i like this director very much. he has done good so far.
As a former FX technician, I can say that Harry Potter is right. Those aren't shoes, they are soft removeable covers for shoes and are in fact worn to protect delicate surfaces either during setup or rehearsal or if the feet won't be in the shot.
The shoes are for not destroing the set.I think...Dunno.We'll see[July 13 is so far.........]
